TRUSTED ADVISOR CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sales contest for New Logo sales runs from November 1st 2024 through December 31st 2025.

Trusted Advisors with 2 or more net new logos booked (each with a minimum $40,000 Annual Contract Value for CXone Mpower or Playvox* and maximum 150 seats) with at least a 2-year committed contract term by December 31st, 2025 will have the ability to win the Luxury Automobile.

  • With 2 opportunities booked as defined above, a Trusted Advisor will receive 1 key. With 5 opportunities booked as defined above (an additional 3 opportunities), the Trusted Advisor will receive an additional key. There is a maximum of 2 keys total for a Trusted Advisor. Keys will be drawn and winners announced on January 30th 2026
  • A New Logo, is a company and its subsidiaries not currently doing business with NICE or the first-time sales of the NICE ACD on a company level and all its subsidiaries
  • All lead registration must meet NICE's Rules of Engagement located on the Partner Portal and on NICE.com
  • All deals and activities around this competition must be compliant with the NICE Partner Code of Conduct, available on the Partner Portal and on NICE.com
