LeAnn Hopkins is the Product Manager for NICE CXone Quality Management solutions and has been at NICE for 11 years spending much of that time on the Value Realization Services Team. During LeAnn’s tenure she has been able to deliver success to NICE customers in their investment by bringing innovation along with best practices in optimization across the entire contact center.

LeAnn brings over 25 years of contact center experience to this role holding a position as Director over Training & Quality prior to coming to NICE.

Bob is director of product management for telco products. He has worked for over 30 years in telecom, was the 2014 Utah technology executive of the year, and has been developing the advanced caller ID product for more than 2 years. He has been at NICE for over 3 years, and has one awarded patent in networking technology. Bob also helped develop wifi tech now in dozens of stadiums globally. And fun fact, he even knows the person who invented the term Wi-fi!
